Christopher Haqq, MD, PhD
Research Interests
Chris Haqq is interested in transcriptional profiles of normal
prostate and prostate tumor tissues correlated with clinical
trial specimens (the Molecular Effects of Nutrition Supplements
(MENS) study, and the Gene Expression in Men undergoing Nutrition
and Lifestyle intervention (GEMINAL) in collaboration with June Chan, ScD and Peter Carroll,
MD. Haqq is also interested in development
of prognostic and predictive biomarkers in melanoma through collaborative
work with Mohammed Kashani-Sabet, MD, UCSF Associate Professor
of Dermatology.
